And another thing I want: get my weight pass the 50kg mark.
I have no time to exercise, but no time to eat properly as well.
For a couple of days a week, all my meals will be cramped into a huge feast (or 2) at insane hrs of 9pm onwards.
Not good.
And I keep feeling hungry even aft eating.
Don’t think the tidbits binging is doing any good either




thats so not healthy.. go to shaw tower at bugis to study la.. lol.. the subway there is a good place to study, noise lvl low, u can talk at normal volume and best of all, u can eat when u’re hungry!! at least, thats where we are studying most of the time(woei lin, yh and me) =)
Yah I realise.. dats y I wanna change my eating habits… But so far no use lah haha, still no time.
Sounds fun! But I only have time to study at night and pathetic few hours during the weekends -_-
